Hot on the heels of their highly anticipated debut jungle release ‘Surrey Street’, London-based imprint Sub Merchants widen their artist repertoire to spotlight the most exciting acts out of the world of 140 bass music. Leading the charge is Canada’s own Distinct Motive, with ‘WY’ - the first of a trio of monthly singles which will ultimately culminate in our next feature-length EP ‘Ridley Road’.

‘WY’ is an instant anthem, with its long wobbling bass notes and eerie synths showcasing an effortless and instantly recognisable style forged by the Canadian heavyweight.
